With AI, even one person or a small team can take on work they would never have dared to before.

I started Kyus to widen what people and teams can do.

AI gathers reports and requests from staff and managers and organizes them into what’s needed to make a decision. It is designed to record the decisions people make and the reasons behind them. An approval workflow is planned for a later stage.

The Kyus Method

Five principles for how Kyus works.

The principles stay the same whatever the field. We divide the roles of AI and people, and record the reasons behind our judgments.

MAKE
Made with AI. People take responsibility.
We make text, code and music with AI, and a person decides whether the final work is published.
LEDGER
We record key decisions and why.
Each decision gets a number, a reason and the conditions for reviewing it again. We use these records to look back at the results.
CHARTER
We set what AI does and what people approve.
A written document sets out what AI handles, what needs human approval, and what we never hand over.
TEST
We check function and content before publishing.
Several AI reviewers split the checks on screen behavior, user permissions, figures and accessibility, and a person confirms the results.
DISCLOSE
We disclose our sources and how AI was used.
We note separately what AI did and what people did.

D06For the first 12 months, we focus on Kyus Proof.

Origin: AI proposal / Founder decision
Why: We judged that Kyus Proof could be the first to produce work we can show publicly. We plan to use that experience and record in the next businesses.
Review again if: If a letter of intent for Kyus AXIA from an outside head office comes before Kyus Proof’s first external review request, we will reconsider the priorities.

D07Games: preparing for production while we explore the potential.

Origin: AI proposal / Founder decision
Why: Games are something the founder has wanted to make for a long time. We plan to build production experience and find candidate works through quarterly AI game jams.
Review again if: If a game jam result draws a clear response, we will consider developing it as our first full title.

D17Soulwave presents the production process instead of per-track tables.

Origin: Founder’s decision
Why: The founder sets the creative direction and selects and edits the results. AI also helps put that direction into instructions for AI. We share the production process to make the work easier to understand.
